Johnson Kingsley
Founder & CEO
Mr. Johnson Kingsley is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flourish Global Services International limited. Mr. Kingsley is an Irish Trained Accountant by profession and has worked in senior positions for over 3 decades in multinational companies such as GE & IBM. He established Flourish Global in 1994 as a Trading and Company Representative firm for distribution and marketing of goods and services. The company now is a major player in the Nigerian Construction & Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Kingsley is a philanthropist and strong believer in giving back to the community; which he started doing well back as intercultural education coordinator with Irish National Youth Council, Dublin, Ireland. As a contribution to the community where he grew up in, Mr. Johnson Kingsley started a modern STEM Education Based Day-care, Nursery, Primary & Secondary School in Umuahia, Abia State in Nigeria. He has settled in Europe with his family for the last three decades and from where he handles the company operations.
Obioma Chimechefulem
Director, Oil & Gas
Mr. Obioma Chimechefulem, heads our Oil & Gas division. An industry veteran with over three decades of experience, he retired as the Executive Director of the American Oil giant Halliburton, in Nigeria. He is well known among the who’s who of the African Oil & Gas Industry. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree (honours) in accountancy from Imo State University (now Abia State University) Uturu, and went on to gain an MBA in finance from the Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Enugu. Over the years, Mr. Chimechefulem has also worked as a consultant with major stakeholders in the oil and gas sector. He took over as the MD/CEO of Eastline Energy Resources Ltd. in 2018. Under his watch, the company has been able to create a niche in the Oil & Gas industry collaborating with major stakeholders in Africa and around the world. Mr. Obioma is an advent believer that Nigeria will once again soar as the giant of Africa. With humble beginnings, he strives for the very excellence that is parallel to none and extends these ideologies to his environment.

Captain Shakil Rai
Head of Shipping Operations & Projects
Captain Shakil Rai is an accomplished Master Mariner with over two decades of sailing experience. He has worked in international shipping companies such as Maersk, MSC. UASC, APL, K Line, MOL, X Feeder and NDAL. Captain Rai trained from the prestigious Warsaw Maritime Academy England and is an expert in ship handling procedures, managing and maintaining the safety of ship and cargo on board, ship navigation etc. He has a deep understanding of marine laws, ship master’s business, Ship Construction; Dry docking, Ship Audit & Inspections, Manning & Technical Management and Logistics. Captain Rai is very well connected with vessel owners, ship brokers and chartering companies across the globe.
Praveen Nambiar
Head of International Trading & Business Development
Mr. Praveen is a Business development & financial executive with over two decades of hands-on International experience. After working for over eight years, in top tier banks such Standard Chartered, HSBC & HDFC in Singapore, Dubai & India; his passion for trading made him take a leap into the physical commodities trading sector. Praveen has over a decade of experience, trading in a diverse range of physical commodities; right from Crude Oil and its derivatives such as Light, Middle & Heavy distillates and products like Clinker, Petroleum Coke, Sulphur, Ethanol, Steam Coal etc. Furthermore he is erudite in trading of agro commodities such as Raw Cashew Nuts, Coffee, Cocoa Beans, Rubber, etc. He is well connected with Refineries, Trading Houses, and Manufacturers from across the globe and also with farming societies in the West African region.

Head Of Operations-China
Mr. Gordon has over two decades’ experience in business planning and operations. He has Bachelor of Law & Bachelor of Economics from China Coal Economics College. Mr. Gordon is very familiar with Asian market and channel structures. He has been active in the fields of oil, hardware, wood, fertilizer, health care industry, marketing of vehicles & construction machinery industry etc.
